RETURNS POLICY
When you shop with Springsure Rural, you have the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it and we will provide you with an exchange or refund within the guidelines outlined below.
This policy applies to all purchases made from Springsure Rural online.

RETURNS WINDOW
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please note that all returns, refunds, and exchange requests must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase documents – original tax invoice (included with all online purchases). In the case of ‘damaged’ goods, photographic evidence is required, and Springsure Rural MUST be contacted within 5 days of receiving the goods. No refund will be made without proof of evidence of ‘damaged goods’.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Springsure Rural is under no obligation to provide a refund. We are happy to exchange goods, however, return goods must be done at buyer expense and have satisfactory Proof of Purchase. Springsure Rural will ONLY exchange goods if the following conditions apply:

The item is in a saleable condition (the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unused and as sold).

If the item supplied has a tamper-proof seal, this seal cannot be broken, removed or opened.

We can verify that the item was originally purchased from Springsure Rural.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Specialists Sales. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
When you place an order online at Springsure Rural, our team will work as quickly as we possible to dispatch your item/s as soon as we can, and this is generally within a matter of days.

Shipping costs are as follows;

$10 Flat Rate for all locations within Australia, on all orders under $200
FREE SHIPPING for all locations within Australia, on orders over $200. Please note however, that this is strictly subject to the products within your order, as some very large, bulky items will still incur additional shipping costs.
We currently do not ship any products internationally.
